I had a terrible experience after purchasing an accessory from them, I discovered a problem that was clearly caused by their installation. Instead of taking accountability, they charged me for a simple fix of unplugging and replugging.
To make matters worse, their management’s response was dismissive and unprofessional. It’s shocking how little they value customer satisfaction. I expected a company working in Tesla accessories to have better service standards, but sadly, they fell far below expectations.
I regret trusting them with my car, and I hope they start prioritizing customer care over quick profits.
