Yes. We provide professional EV charger installation services for villas, residential buildings, commercial properties, offices, and parking facilities across the UAE.
Our service can include a site inspection, electrical assessment, cabling, safety components, charger installation, configuration, testing, and customer demonstration.
Which EV chargers do you install?
We install Tesla Wall Connectors and EV chargers from other compatible brands.
Our team can recommend the appropriate charger based on your vehicle, electrical supply, parking location, and charging requirements.
Can you install a charger not purchased from Charged AE?
Yes. We can install EV chargers purchased from other suppliers, subject to a technical inspection and compatibility assessment.
Do you provide site inspections?
Yes. A site inspection may be required to assess the electrical supply, cable route, parking location, installation requirements, and any approvals needed before providing the final quotation.
Do I need DEWA approval to install an EV charger?
DEWA approval or related documentation may be required depending on the property type, electrical connection, and installation requirements.
Charged AE can assist with the required technical documents and approval process where applicable. Final approval remains subject to DEWA and the relevant property or building management requirements.
Can you assist with building management or NOC approvals?
Yes. We can provide the relevant scope of work, risk assessment, method statement, trade licence, insurance documents, and technical information required for building management or work-permit applications.
Approval requirements may vary between properties.
Is Charged AE approved by Tesla?
Charged AE is authorized to supply and professionally install Tesla Wall Connectors.
Our team follows the required installation, electrical safety, testing, and configuration procedures for Tesla charging equipment.
Do you install chargers for vehicles other than Tesla?
Yes. We install compatible EV chargers for various electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.

Do you offer EV charger maintenance?

Can you relocate an existing EV charger?
Yes. We can remove and reinstall an existing EV charger at a new villa, building, office, or parking location.

Do your installations include a warranty?
Yes. Warranty coverage depends on the charger, installation package, and components supplied.

How long does an EV charger installation take?
