Model 3 Front Fender Noise Reduction Kit (1 Pair)

The front fenders liners in the Model 3's are made from hard plastic.  The rear fender liners have a sound-dampening fabric lining inside of them just like this kit does for the front fender liners.  This 2-piece kit is completely self-installing, and it will reduce road noise from entering the cabin from the fenders along with reducing the annoying sound of small rocks and pebbles that are thrown up from the tires.  

This 2-piece kit fits inside the fenders of the front wheels as shown in the photos. The material is very lightweight, and it is made from sound-dampening polyester with a blend of wool and cotton.
