Our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is designed to keep your EV chargers in optimal condition, ensuring seamless operation and peace of mind.

Comprehensive Coverage with our AMC

1. Annual Full Check-Up

• Thorough EV charger inspection to ensure functionality and safety.
• Software updates, applied when necessary, to keep your charger up-to-date.
• Professional EV charger cleaning for optimal performance.

2. Phone Support

• Dedicated support available Monday to Saturday, 12 PM to 10 PM, for troubleshooting and assistance.
• Free technician visits when on-site support is required.

3. Bi-Annual Maintenance

• Inspections are conducted every six months to identify and address potential issues early.

4. Emergency Repairs

• In the event of a breakdown, we’ll provide a temporary replacement charger to minimize downtime.
• Charger replacement services are billed separately, if repairs are not feasible.

Exclusions

The AMC does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
• External factors such as flooding, natural disasters, or power surges.
• Costs for new parts or replacements, which will be billed separately.
